Hey everybody!

Welcome to my new site here on Bloguin. If you've come over from the other site, this will be exactly the same as it always was, except the design is a lot prettier, and now we're a part of this great network of blogs, including a lot of sports blogs, including FsOTB Lar and Jason, with others to follow. So, you know, it's all good. As you folks know, I don't get unsarcastic sincere and emotional all that often, but I'm really excited about Bloguin and these new digs. Should be a lot of good things on the way.

If you're new, well, hello! There's not a whole lot to tell about how this site works: I'm one guy (for now and the foreseeable future), and I write one thing about baseball just about every day. We talk about baseball history, baseball present, baseball future, and a lot of random crap that kind of defies characterization, but that happens to cross my mind.

Thanks to the wonderful folks at Bloguin, every post I made at the old place is already up on this site (even the terrible ones!). The posts from September so far are all below, and all the rest can be accessed from the "Archives" link above. So I hope you'll take a minute and look around, leave a comment...maybe drop me an e-mail, join my Facebook page or follow me on Twitter (all linked to the right -->). You know, that sort of thing.

Whether you're a fresh-faced rookie or grizzled vet, thanks for dropping by, and we'll talk more tomorrow!

Looking good, Bill! Happy to see you on board. Let me know if you have any questions about working with the new blogging tools. Some of those things (like the "hits" counter on each article) seem hidden, but they aren't too hard once you figure it all out.

Looking forward to more good stuff from you everyday!
